Wendy is a governance and leadership professional with over 25 years’ experience supporting businesses through growth and change across sectors including tourism, travel, franchising, cooperatives, and international business. She specialises in guiding organisations through transitions such as cultural transformation, international scaling, startups, mergers, and acquisitions.  

After serving as CEO of Queenstown’s award-winning Active Adventures, Wendy stepped into governance to focus on building sustainable, high-performing businesses that contribute to a prosperous future for New Zealand. She is a passionate advocate for the New Zealand travel industry, valuing its professionalism and vibrancy.  

Wendy is a Chartered Member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors, a member of the Queenstown Chamber of Commerce along with other Directorships. She brings a practical, strategic, and future-focused approach grounded in strong operational and commercial experience.
