With over 7000 islands, the Philippines are home to some truly wonderful natural sites and many stunning beaches. On this itinerary you will embark on a four-night escape to Bohol Island, where adventure and relaxation await. Explore the lush countryside, marvel at the famous Chocolate Hills, unwind on pristine beaches and immerse yourself in the island's rich culture and stunning natural beauty.

Highlights:
  • Discover pristine white-sand beaches and crystal-clear waters
  • Admire the Blood Compact Shrine, marking the first Filipino-Spanish treaty
  • Explore Baclayon Church, one of the Philippines' oldest, with colonial architecture
  • Marvel at the Chocolate Hills, over 1,200 cone-shaped hills that turn brown in the dry season
  • Wander through Bilar Man-Made Forest, a lush stretch of mahogany trees
  • Take a scenic cruise along the Loboc River
  • Encounter tarsiers at the Sanctuary, protecting these tiny, endangered primates

Day 1: Bohol

Welcome to The Philippines. Upon arrival you at Panglao Island Airport, you will be met by a representative of our local operator and transferred to your hotel. Remainder of the day at leisure.

Day 2: Bohol (BL)

Depart from your hotel today for a tour of the Bohol countryside which features some truly stunning natural landscapes. Spanish rule of the Philippines began in Bohol in 1565 and much of the landscape remains as it must have looked then when the Spanish General Legazpi landed here.

Today's highlights feature the Blood Compact Shrine, commemorating the first Filipino-Spanish treaty, and the Baclayon Church, one of the oldest in the Philippines. You'll also visit the extraordinary Chocolate Hills, consisting of over 1,200 haycock hills that turn brown in the dry season, and the picturesque Bilar man-made forest. Take a scenic boat cruise along the Loboc River, where you can savor a freshly prepared lunch while admiring the surrounding flora and fauna. Additionally, you will visit the Tarsier Conservation Centre to see the world's smallest (and arguably cutest) primate. At the completion of the tour you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Days 3 & 4: Bohol (B)

Two days at leisure. Explore Bohol in your own pace and style. Famed for its beaches, Bohol is the perfect place to find your own slice of paradise.

Day 4: Bohol (B)

This morning you will be transferred to Panglao Island Airport for your onward flight.
