Day 1: Dublin

Arrive at Dublin Airport and make your way into Ireland's vibrant capital. Discover the city's rich history on a sightseeing tour before visiting the iconic Guinness Storehouse, where seven floors tell the story of Ireland's most famous export. As evening falls, stroll through the lively streets of Temple Bar and prepare for the adventure ahead.

Day 2: Dublin - Belfast (B)

Departing Dublin, travel north to Castle Ward near Downpatrick, internationally recognised as Winterfell, ancestral home of House Stark. The estate’s lakeside setting and medieval architecture were used extensively in early seasons of the series.
Continue to Downpatrick, a historic centre of early Irish heritage, before arriving in Belfast where the Game of Thrones Studio Tour provides an immersive behind-the-scenes experience. Original sets, costumes and production craftsmanship bring the Seven Kingdoms to life in detail.

Day 3: Belfast – Antrim Coast (B)

A panoramic tour of Belfast introduces key landmarks including City Hall, showcasing the city’s Victorian architecture and civic heritage. The itinerary continues with a visit to Titanic Belfast, where the story of the world’s most famous liner is brought to life through immersive galleries and exhibits.
Travel then leads to the north-eastern shores of Lough Neagh and onward to Cairncastle, a recognisable Game of Thrones filming location used for several northern landscape scenes. The day concludes with a return to Belfast for overnight accommodation in the Belfast area.

Day 4: Antrim - Ballycastle

Depart Belfast and travel along the north Antrim coastline towards Glenarm, a scenic coastal village featured in multiple Game of Thrones filming sequences. The route includes a visit to Steensons Jewellers, renowned for crafting bespoke pieces used in the series’ production design.
The journey continues along the dramatic Antrim Coast to Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, a striking crossing suspended above the Atlantic and used as inspiration for several cinematic landscapes within the show. The day concludes with overnight accommodation in the Ballycastle or Bushmills area.

Day 5: Giant’s Causeway – Bushmills – Derry (B)

Travel along the northern coastline to the Giant’s Causeway, a UNESCO World Heritage Site widely associated with the mythical landscapes of the Iron Islands in Game of Thrones. The basalt formations create a dramatic and otherworldly setting that aligns closely with the series’ visual identity.
Continue to Bushmills, home to one of the world’s oldest licensed distilleries and frequently linked with atmospheric coastal filming environments used throughout production. The journey continues to Derry for overnight accommodation.

Day 6: Derry – Donegal (B)

A walking tour of the walled city of Derry provides insight into one of Europe’s best-preserved historic city walls, with sweeping views across its storied streets and river setting. The route then continues into Donegal to visit Glenveagh National Park and Glenveagh Castle, set within 16,000 hectares of dramatic landscape in the Derryveagh Mountains.
The journey passes through Glenties, a town recognised for its cultural heritage and its association with Brian Friel’s “Dancing at Lughnasa,” before continuing through the rugged Donegal countryside.

Day 7: Donegal - Dublin (B)

Return to Dublin, traveling through the Fermanagh Lake District. Visit Castle Coole, an 18th-century mansion, and Marble Arch Caves, one of Europe's finest showcaves systems, featuring subterranean rivers, limestone passages and vast chambers formed over millions of years. The journey concludes with arrival in Dublin for overnight accommodation.

Day 8: Dublin (B)
