IMPORTANT NOTE:

The itineraries may be subject to change. All commemorative services at Gallipoli and all visits to the Peninsula for all Anzac tours are subject to final authority of the NZ, Australian and Turkish Governments. The order of schedules, timings and inclusions are subject to change at any time and will be confirmed when final information is available.

Due to the large attendances expected for these commemorations, there will be security restrictions where coaches are required to park. Expect long travel times to and from the Gallipoli Peninsula.

It is essential when registering for any of the following tours that you are able to walk up to 7-8km unaided – it is a steep uphill walk between Anzac Cove and Chunuk Bair.

It is essential to take a day pack with a torch, warm jacket, scarf, hat, gloves and warm socks. It may be sunny later in the day so also take sun hat & lotion.

PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

PROMOTION SUMMARY

1. The Charity Auction is a fundraiser for the New Zealand RSA Poppy Fund.
2. The auction is for a 6 day tour ex Istanbul, including attendance at the Gallipoli Anzac Day commemorations on 25 April.

THE AUTION CONSISTS OF

• 1. Ancient Kingdoms Holidays Anzac day special commemorative 6 day tour ex Istanbul
     1. return airport transfers in Istanbul
     2. accommodation in a share twin room;
     3. travel in a modern air conditioned coach;
     4. luggage handling at hotels;
     5. daily breakfasts
     6. Breakfast Box for Dawn Service on 25^th April
     7. 2 dinners (night 3 and night 4)
     8. English speaking guide throughout the tour;
     9. Comprehensive sightseeing and entrance fees;
     10. Innovative Travel Company Turkey travel notes.

• The Winning Bid and the Winner’s chosen travelling companion (“Companion”) are responsible for all other expenses related to the Auction, including without limitation taxes, international airfares, full travel insurance, spending money, food and beverage and any other incidental costs beyond those specified as included
• The Winner is responsible for transport and associated costs from their residence to either Auckland or Christchurch international airport for flight departure and from the international airport to their residence upon returning to New Zealand.
• The Trip is valid for two (2) people travelling together within the travel dates detailed above in clause 12 and are subject to availability of both the tour and flights.

SPECIFIC RULES

• To bid, you should be over 18 years of age.
• The Winner and Companion must hold full international travel insurance for the duration of the trip prior to departure from New Zealand, this must be presented prior to uplifting the Prize.
• If the Winner or Companion has a criminal record and is denied entry into Turkey or encounters any visa issues on route, Innovative Travel and its associates cannot be held responsible or liable in any way.
• The Winner must contact Innovative Travel to book the trip on 07 January.
• No portion of travel not utilised may be carried forward beyond the validity dates contained for the trip.
• The Auction winner and their travelling companion must:
  1. comply with the requirements of immigration and customs authorities in each country; and
  2. Comply with the laws of the jurisdiction they are visiting.
• Tickets are not transferable and must be issued only in the correct name of the person travelling.  

GENERIC PROMOTION RULES

1. The trip is not redeemable for cash or transferable. Where the Winning bid is required to claim the trip in person, they must provide proper identification (eg passport). the Winner MUST have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid passports with a validity at least 6 months beyond the return travel date and Visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination.

1. 1. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities (including any costs associated with delay, will be the sole responsibility of the Winner).
   2. When the Travel Package includes travel to or through the United States, it is the Winner’s responsibility when travelling into or through (transiting included) the United States under the Visa Waiver Program to apply for an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) no later than 72 hours prior to departure if required. The winner must visit the US Department of Homeland Security website and fill in the required information. The cost of the ESTA is the sole responsibility of the Winner.
   3. The Winner and their travelling companion (if applicable) must travel together at all times.
   4. Any additional accommodation to the bid, which incur additional costs, are to be paid by the Travel Prize winner.
   5. Unless explicitly stated in the Specific Rules, the Winner will be responsible for expenses including, but not limited to, spending money, meals, drinks, transport, laundry charges, activities, incidentals, taxes (excluding departure and any other flight associated taxes included within the Travel Prize), gratuities, services charges, passports, visas, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Travel Prize. The Winner must obtain travel insurance to protect themselves against additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
   6. The Promoter makes no representation as to safety, conditions and other issues that may exist at any destination. International travel advice can be obtained from various sources, including government, local consular offices and the web site of the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. The winner accepts the Travel Prize at their own risk.
   7. All travel is subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions of the Travel Prize service providers. Any travelling companion included in the Travel Prize (if applicable) accepts the Travel Prize subject to these terms, conditions and restrictions as if references to the Winner in the relevant clauses were to the travelling companion

2. To the fullest extent permitted by law Innovative Travel will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of winning this Auction.

Acceptance

4. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
5. If the Winning Bid does not accept these Terms and Conditions the prize will be forfeited.
