Day 1: Rome

Welcome to Rome! After your arrival at the airport, meet your driver and transfer to your hotel for a three-night stay. Check in and the opportunity to book one of our Rome by night tours (supplement applies).

Day 2: Rome (B)

Breakfast at the hotel. This morning, make your way to Piazza del Risorgimento to meet your guide at 8.45am for a fascinating tour of the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel. Explore some of the Vatican's most celebrated treasures, including the Gallery of Maps, Gallery of Tapestries, Borgia Apartments and Raphael Rooms, before admiring Michelangelo's masterpiece in the Sistine Chapel. Continue to St. Peter's Square, Bernini's magnificent Baroque creation, and view St. Peter's Basilica from the outside. Lunch is at leisure (own expense).
This afternoon, meet your guide at 2.15pm at Parco Colle Oppio, Viadelle Terme di Tito, corner of via Nicola Salvi (inside the park), for an in-depth exploration of Ancient Rome. Visit the Palatine Hill, legendary birthplace of the city, before entering the iconic Colosseum, once the stage for gladiatorial contests and grand public spectacles. Continue through the Roman Forum, the political, religious and commercial heart of ancient Rome, where you'll see the remains of temples, basilicas and triumphal monuments that tell the story of the Roman Empire.

Day 3: Rome (B)

Breakfast at the hotel. Today is free for you to explore Rome at your own pace. Wander through elegant shopping streets, discover famous landmarks, relax in bustling piazzas, or seek out some of the Eternal City's hidden treasures tucked away in its charming neighbourhoods.

Day 4: Rome (B)

Breakfast at the hotel. Depending on your departure time, there may be an opportunity for some last-minute sightseeing or shopping before your transfer to the airport. Arrivederci Roma! End of services.
