Next, continue to Umm Qais, an ancient Greco-Roman city with breathtaking views over the Jordan Valley, the Sea of Galilee, and the Golan Heights. Following your historical explorations, experience the art of beekeeping firsthand, learning about the fascinating world of bees and honey production (option for cheesemaking experience). Experience an authentic lunch with a local family, where you’ll savour traditional Jordanian flavours and warm hospitality. Afterward, return to Amman for a walking tour of the bustling downtown area, where you’ll explore lively souks, historic landmarks, and the famous Rainbow Street—a hub of cafés, shops, and street food delights. Savour local delicacies as you soak in the city’s vibrant atmosphere.

Depart from Amman along the Kings Highway to Madaba, known as the "City of Mosaics." Visit the famous St. George Church, home to the ancient Byzantine Madaba Map, a mosaic depicting the Holy Land. After breakfast, depart for Little Petra (Siq al-Barid), a smaller but equally fascinating Nabatean site with carved facades, cave dwellings, and an ancient caravan stop. Enjoy the tranquillity of this lesser-known gem before continuing your journey. For those seeking adventure, a visit to Wadi Rum offers an incredible desert experience. Hop into a Bedouin 4x4 pickup and traverse the mesmerizing landscapes of Wadi Rum, famous for its towering sandstone mountains, narrow canyons, and vast red sand dunes. Here in the desert, the legendary Lawrence of Arabia and local tribesman formed a base camp to attack the Ottoman forces. Visit ancient petroglyphs, natural rock bridges, and hidden springs before experiencing a traditional lunch with a Bedouin family, where you’ll learn about their nomadic way of life. Afterward, continue your journey to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth.
