Day 1: Athens – Kalambaka (BD)
This morning you will be collected from your hotel for a two-day tour to some of Greece's wonderful classical sights.
Leave for Delphi via Thebes, Levadia and the picturesque village of Arachova, on the slopes of Mount Parnassus. Arrive in Delphi and visit the Archaeological Site. After the visit depart for Kalambaka, passing through picturesque villages and towns of Central Greece. Dinner and overnight in Kalambaka.
Day 2: Kalambaka - Athens (B)
Visit Meteora and experience the unique and most impressive scenery with ageless Monasteries containing priceless historical and religious treasures, standing between earth and sky atop huge rocks. Return to Athens via Trikala, Lamia, Thermopylae (short stop to see across the road the Leonida's Monument). Arrive into Athens early in the evening (approx. 7.00pm).
Note: Visit of the Museum in Delphi is not included.

Climate Resilience Tax
The Greek government have established a climate resilience tax for all tourists staying in any kind of Hotel, Apartment, Villa, etc. in any destination in Greece. This tax is applied locally and is payable directly by guests at check-in. The tax is a fixed Euro amount and ranges from EUR2 to EUR15 per room per night, depending on the hotel category.
Double Beds
A double bedded room can be requested but cannot be guaranteed. In Greece double rooms are very limited. Please ask on check-in with the hotel/cruise boat to see what is available.
Greece Mainland Coach Tours
Scheduled tours and sightseeing are bilingual unless specified. Wi-Fi may be available on full day tours to Delphi, Argolis and all multi day tours. Many sightseeing tours require a moderate amount of walking around historical / cultural sites therefore a good level of fitness will ensure you get a maximum enjoyment from your visit.
Dress Code for Monasteries of Meteora
Women are required to wear a long skirt and cover their shoulders. Men must wear long pants. Sleeveless shirts are not allowed
