Most interesting trip
Travelling to Egypt has always been on my bucket list and it exceeded expectations! The Cruise down the Nile was a highlight as it was so clean and lush which I didn't expect. The backdrop of ancient temples along the way, being moored right next to The Luxor Temple was surreal, especially all lit up at night. Exploring the newly opened G.E.M museum was amazing as you can see how Egypt moved from Ancient times to the Greek and Roman influences.

Lesley's top destinations
My top destination is now Egypt and will be going back to take a longer cruise and spend time at the stunning resorts and beaches in Hurghada. I love Greece as it has that great mix of ancient history and also great beaches, quaint villages and amazing food. Exploring the islands is incredible and so easy to do. I love France and Italy for the art - I studied History of Art so spending time at the museums is what I enjoy doing as well as sampling the great cuisine.

Lesley's travel tips
Pack light and stick to one colour scheme as you won’t meet the same people nightly - so wearing the same outfit a few times is OK. Travel light ‘in mind’ and leave everything behind and immerse yourself into the environment you are in and absorb it. Try new things, eat local food, talk to the drivers and cabbies as they let you into their lives and experience. Above all plan for the next trip the minute you get back !
